I was contacted by a Talent Acquisition Sourcer who scheduled a screening interview with me. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and we discussed my experience, qualifications, and interest in the position. After the screening interview, I was invited to an online Zoom meeting with the Onsite Technical Support Manager and Onsite Technical Support Supervisor. We discussed the company, the role, and my previous experience. We also went through my CV and I answered some technical questions and scenario-based questions. The interview was well-organized and the interviewers were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt that they were genuinely interested in my background and skills. I was also impressed with the company's working culture. Overall, I had a positive experience with the interview process.
