really positive 2x30min interests. Asked me about motivations, why internship, what values of the company interest me and competency questions. Really interested in my background and allowed me time to think before I answered. Also they answered my questions in depth.

The email asked me to pick a date for the interview with the senior IT/ hiring manager. I followed the instructions in the email, picked a date for the interview, Half an hour prior to the start of the scheduled interview. I got an email : "The interview is cancelled due to interviewer’s decision." I emailed the recruiter : " Please let me know a suitable time for the rescheduled interview, and I will make the necessary arrangements to ensure my availability." No reply, I was completely ignored. This was unprofessional, sub-standard communication skills from Marsh McLennan personnel.
