Informal, relaxed conversations. Question set around experience and past tasks. Clear goals and expectations discussed and agreed. all interviews were face to face and lasted around an hour. Two person panel for each discussion

1) Recruiter Screening with salary expectations set 2) Interview with Senior DS 3) Take Home assessment and presentation with another Senior DS 4) In office interviews with 2 Team members 5) Team in-office lunch
