The interview process was fairly standard and consisted of a phone screening followed by 2 round interview with a panel in person. While the interview itself was okay, I was disappointed that I did not receive any follow-up or feedback after the final round. The interview process with Marsh McLennan was very streamlined and efficient. I first completed a HireVue following my application, and was then selected to move onto a 3 panel interview day. I was interviewed by three separate people, an associate, senior consultant and a principal. They were behavioral only, no technical questions about math or excel.
