I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh (Arlington, VA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Everyone was very welcoming and nice. The actual interview process is long itself. Took over a month to hear a final answer. A lot of waiting and emailing to hear back from each step. There was a phone interview, a pre-recorded video interview, a live video interview, a 60-minute exam on personality, math, vocabulary. Then an on-site group interview that was about 2 hours long meeting. Sounds intimidating but was relaxed and a little informal.
