The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Marsh (New York, NY) in May 2019
Interview
There was overall 4 rounds of interviews that last overall 2 months. It’s totally a waste of time. The position was only a senior staff and intermediate manager. The first round was with a recruiter and then the hiring manager. If you were scheduled to meet with an upper managers, it made you feel like you are closer to get the job. While, you are absolutely wrong with M&M.
It was a Hireview interview, so there was a link to a video. They would have a question pop up on screen and then you had 30 seconds to develop an answer. Then you'd have 3 minutes to answer.
