I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Marsh (Montreal, QC) in Sep 2020
Interview
I applied and got a call two months later. I was already offered a full time position by another company but wanted to explore Marsh & McLennan’s offer. The recruiter who initially called me was among one of the two interviewers. They seemed very uninterested in conducting the interview ( which was virtual). They hardly made eye contact when i spoke and seemed more focused on just writing down their notes. They stuck to their script of questions and the interview lasted 30minutes. I was told i would be recalled, regardless of the outcome in at most two weeks. After two weeks passed, no call and so, I decided to initiate the call to the recruiter. I was rudely answered that they haven’t decided yet and he cut the conversation short. It’s been four weeks, and no call back. Essentially, if you have an offer lined up already, do not jeopardize it by waiting for this company.
