Interview
Head hunter contacted me via LinkedIn. First phone conversation was about Mars and the program in general. Next step was phone screening by recruiter. After I passed that, I had an skype interview with mars graduate programme manager. And final step was Assessment Center. The entire selection process lasted for 2 months and I have to say it was very pleasant.
The interview was a Skype interview with two current employees who were part of this graduate programme in the past. The follow up to this interview was the assessment centres phase.
