I applied online. I interviewed at Mars in Nov 2016
Interview
The application process begins with an online application form + cv, after which I was invited to complete some online tests (mine were logical reasoning tests). Following that, I was invited to a phone interview, which was scheduled through the application website. The recruiter on the phone interview was really friendly and helpful, so that definitely helped with nerves. I was very nervous so I was not able to answer well, but she was very patient, and had helped me with constructing my thoughts. It was a great experience overall.
