Following on from online testing, I received an online video interview featuring 6 questions. 30 seconds to read each question and then 1-2 minutes to answer.
This really puts you on the spot and challenges you to think quickly, I would advise having your resume in front of you, as well as reading Mars' core values, brands, and strategies.

applied online with my CV, then was asked to complete an online virtual interview where i was given a question, 1 minute prep time and then 2 minutes to record my answer. you were allowed two attempts.

what will be a problem for FMCGs in the next 5 years.
It was an okay interview, very average hire view online interview. Asked the usual motivation questions about yourself and the role and the company. Lasts about 30 minutes, with a couple minutes for preparation before answering.
