Easy and simple. The first round was a phone call and then a panel interview. It felt very intentional and the conversation flowed. They asked mostly about my resume and career goals. There were also a couple "tell me about a time" questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Mars (Bruselas)
Interview
Screening of the CV and conversation with the HR responsible. Afterwards a conversation with the Customer Service Manager. It was during the corona period so maybe the process is different on another time.

1e kennismakingsgesprek met HR manager (Frans & Engels) , 2e gesprek met linemanager en teammanager (Nederlands) , voorstel ontvangen, contract getekend. Alle gesprekken zijn via Teams verlopen. Dit is allemaal heel vlot gegaan.
