2) 1 on 1 interview to get to know applicant further
3) mechanical aptitude test
Once through expect the usual medical with fitness assessment and drug testing

just some tests, with training provided. first test is basic knowledge. second is health and safety. third is about policies in working there. very easy process with all the help and training provided. finally if you get through there is a drugs and health check which is very simple.
