Marriott Vacations Worldwide interview questions

There were two formal phone interviews. The initial interview was with my formal direct manage. The second interview was with the project director which included a job offer. Typically there is a 1:1 interview as well, however i wasnt able to get into the office for the 1:1.

One phone interview and one in person interview. Simple questions about past experience. Whole process took about 3 weeks. Interviewers were friendly and easy going. After interview I was given tour of property. Had to take a drug test after offered the position.
