Marriott Vacations Worldwide interview questions

Virtual interview conducted in a casual manner where main focus was on personality and experience. Need to demonstrate interest and willingness to ask questions about the position and company as a whole.

I was interviewed by two managers and asked situational questions. I was also asked about my knowledge of the local area and experience in sales. I asked questions about the position and was given what I believe to be a transparent and up front response.
