Marriott Vacations Worldwide interview questions

There were multiple rounds of interviews. There was not a long wait for responses and feedback between each interview. There was good communication throughout the process. The recruiter was very pleasant and responsive.

The interview process was very structures and professional with a clear outline of what would be covered and overview of what was discussed at the end of the interview. Interview was conducted in the START interview format. First was through HR representative and then moved on to IRM team interviews
