The hiring manager was very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel excited about the opportunity right from the get go. The interview was great and felt like a positive work environment with lots of support and teamwork. Everyone was friendly and upbeat and seem to love their job. I felt that management was very genuine and there to ensure success. They seem to care a lot about all their employees and owners.

Phone then personal interview. Marriott is a fantastic company to work for and the interview process and communication was exceptional . Training that followed was tremendous as well. Salary plus commission .
