First there is a phone call of about 5 minutes of just going over basic qualifying questions for any remote job as well mentioned there will be 2 weeks in class training at a physical office and ensuring if I was able to attend. Afterwards was scheduled for video interview though this portion was very unprofessional and disrespectful. This took about an hour though about 40 mintues of this was the interviewer just talking about themselves and what they been doing for their entire life which was odd considering the amount of details given instead of being about the job. Then followed some inappropriate questions and lead me to no longer want the job. It is fairly simple I guess just very odd work culture and controlling staff. There was a portion I was asked how can I prove to her as well my future manger I am actually home and prove my work everyday so they don't think I am leaving my home during a work shift. Overall the video portion was very uncomfortable and would recommend just looking to interview for the actual Marriott company.
