From application to interview, was about a week. The interview was pretty straight forward. Started with asking some background info about me, then some STAR questions, and finished with information about property, and possible shift times.

Overall, interview process was very smooth and transparent. I don’t think I will go with this company simply because of peoples emotions in the workplace. But overall it was a good opportunity to learn more about Marriott and what they stand for.
