Interview manager stated he had not read my resume. I was shocked at how unprepared they were. Very disappointing & unprofessional. They seemed to talk about themselves rather than what the job involved or how my qualifications would fit their opening perfectly

Phone then personal interview. Marriott is a fantastic company to work for and the interview process and communication was exceptional . Training that followed was tremendous as well. Salary plus commission .
