Interview
Very easy. After completing the application, the HR manager will review your personality test results then set you up to speak with an Assistant Sales Manager. Your meeting with the ASM is very relaxing and he or she will ask that you give a pitch or read from a scripted to determine your tone. The interview may last 20 mins. They'll go over the your hourly wage and that's about it. Later that day, the HR manager will give you a call or send you an email letting you know if you're hired and the date of the training class.

Interview
Really relaxed interview. Ordinary questions about situations you've been in, how you overcame a problem, time when you had to communicate to get a task finished. They also asked about your previous jobs, and they also asked a time when you had to try convincing someone.

Interview
STAR interview - situation task action result. Be detailed on specific situations, focus on positive customer service situations. Tell them how you helped the customer. First you get to apply online and take a ridiculous personality test that will probably keep you from even getting a call. Answer these questions with mostly 1's and 5's, don't put more than $15 per hour as your desired wage. Also don't put school schedule desired. If you get a call you'll get a short pre interview from hr, then a long difficult one from a manager.
