Marriott International Voyage Program interview questions

there were 3 or 4 small interviews. the first was a phone interview mainly asking about yourself and why you want the position. i filled out a behavior test to see if i was a right fit for the company. the second was a prerecorded interview where 3 star questions popped up on the screen and you recorded yourself answering them and sent it in. the third was a video interview where they asked a couple star questions and your style of management.

The voyage program has an extensive interview process, but it is worth it considering the work that you will be doing. You are interviewing for a front line position and therefore need to fit a few more requirements.
