Marriott International Host/Hostess interview questions

I had a nice experience during the interview process. Both the HR Associate and the Manager were professional. The hiring process went fast, got the positive answer very fast.

Robotic, they work off a script. It is usually done by some assistant manager (ie gatekeeper) who screens you & then if you make the cut, a second interview with the hiring manager, same robotic questions. They do not accommodate asking for set schedule & expect you to be available for any shift.... ridiculous.
