I had an interview with the front of house supervisor and leader from the front desk.

Question 1
All the questions where just based on scenarios, so when were you in a difficult situation, when did you give good customer service, etc. There is a second interview which I have soon so don't know what that one is like yet!
I got interviewed by 2 managers and the interview went very well and easy. The interviewers are very friendly. The interviews comes will a few standard sets of questions to answer mostly based on how you manage on certain situations

Interview
It was very thorough and interesting. They have a formal interview with a list of questions they ask you. It last about 1 hour. It was very insightful. I'm trying to fill up the last few words.
