Many of the questions were structured common HR questions and had nothing to do with the actual duties of the job.

Very thorough questioning and lots of challenging scenarios to assess your thinking process and persuasion skills. They actually shared recent work challenges and asked you to solve it. Lots of knowledge based and situation based questions.
