Around an hour long - interviewer was late.
Mainly STAR style questions, and questions around my experience/around the role; e.g. would I be willing to memorise some cocktails? How would I be traveling there? What would my availability look like? etc.

Arrived, got asked a few questions regarding myself and past experiences working in restaurants. How would I approach situations and deal with customers. How will I be an asset to the team and what will I bring.
