They started off by going through your resume, asking why you chose them, then they asked a series of situational questions where you gave them a recollection of an experience and what you did to handled it, and what the outcome was.

It was OK. You need to understand the market you're going into very well or else they will grill you with questions and know you don't know what you're talking about.
