Interview
I had high expectations for the interview with MLSE due to the brand's reputation and values. However, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. Throughout the process, the recruiter, was unresponsive and she failed to provide any updates or communication. After the initial interview, I never received any feedback or updates, and the job portal remained unchanged for over a month. I can't help but feel that I was interviewed merely to fulfill a diversity and inclusion quota, as there was no follow-up or consideration of my candidacy. Additionally, the restriction of only being able to contact the recruiter through their internal tool added to the frustration. While I understand that getting a job is not guaranteed, I expected more from such a prominent brand like MLSE in Canada. A simple update or acknowledgment would have been appreciated, instead of leaving candidates hanging without any information. I urge MLSE to improve their recruitment process and invest in better recruiters who can provide a more professional and respectful candidate experience.

Interview
HR Screening Phone Call, Group Interview with team members and live mini-case, then director chat which was very behavioral. All interviews were positive and not designed to intimidate the person who is interviewing.

Interview
This was a normal interview process. Screen, first round, second round case study. There was a follow up call with senior leadership as more of a meet and greet before a final offer was presented to me. Hired after that and working ever since.
