Interview
The interviews were well organized and they asked great questions. There was a huge lag between interview steps though. I applied on the job in the end of May. The first interview was the first week of June. I didn't hear anything for a very long time but then they called me in for a second interview (and to do a presentation) in the end of July. Then it was radio silence until the end of August when they let me know that I didn't get the job.
The assignment/presentation in the second interview was good and relevant to the job. They only give you 2 to 3 days to prepare though.
The two things I found negative about the process was the huge lag between interview steps (but I understand that sometimes this can't be helped) and the fact that HR made a big deal out of arranging a phone call with me (scheduling an appointment to talk on the phone, then having to move the appointment, etc.) just to tell me that I didn't get the job. It would have been much easier on everyone if they had just told me in an email instead of spending a week making appointments for phone calls and then re-scheduling those appointments.

Interview
it was a group interview with the manager and assistant manager they were very welcoming and made you feel really comfortable. The interview itself was a group interview where they placed a bunch of card in front of you that related to the 4 pillars of the company. They told me I got the job a week later
