The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment in Sep 2021
Interview
I really like the smart website for applying the company job, they will tell you when your resume will be reviewed. I only had the first round interview with partnership HR for screening, they hiring many positions after covid, so they hire an recruiter for the company to screen the candidate, he asked lots of questions, feel like a robot, i was surprised they can only offer 60k to the position which they were looking for someone pursuing CPA at the same time, no remote or hybrid offered, need to be double vaccinated, no flexible hours may not sound very attractive for accounting position, i was told the process was phone screen, hiring manager interview and business case test, my experience is full enough to have second round interview, but not sure why I have been rejected maybe my salary expectation is far from what they can offer

Interview
Two interviews, No HR involved which was a little strange. First interview was basic screening questions with little time to ask questions to the team. Second interview was a presentation, fairly easy but again, no time to ask questions about the company. They made a decision about a week later.

Interview
Overall the process was great. I applied on draft day so the process was easy and efficient as many others had interviews that day. The interview was easy going. They were interested in seeing how well I could hold a conversation and keep it engaging.
