Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment interview questions

very easy and quick, less than 30 minutes. met with 2 managers. asked very simple situational questions regarding customer service and dealing with intoxicated fans. if you have any experience in the industry, you'll have no problem with the interview.

It was a long process, a phone interview + 2 longer interviews followed by a case study and presentation with a panel of interviewers, who all asked questions after the presentation was done. Then waited another 2 weeks to hear back.
