Very bureucratic and long process and quite hard to succeed without native or almost native command of Spanish language. Role was for German-speaker but they never validated or tested this skills, not even at the AC, but maybe this is done at the next stages.

Filling out a detailed form online on their website

A. Filling out a detailed form about yourself in written again, asking the same questions as in stage 1 + having to attach a pass foto
B. Written Numerical Test in Spanish (fairly easy)
C. Written Logical Test (average difficulty)
D. Written Psychometric Test in Spanish (Verbal test in Spanish, pretty hard for non-natives)
E. Written English Test (very easy)
F. Short Presentation of each person in front of the group (about 10 people) + 2 HR people

I did not make it past this stage, but from what they gave there would be 1-2 further stages (mainly interviews) which would take about 1-2 months.
