First round was a group interview that consisted of me with 5 other candidates. We were given a prompt to each come up with an idea for. We then chose the best idea and came up with a business plan to present to the interviewee.

Bueno y rápido, no requiere de mucho esfuerzo del candidato pero si de conocimiento acerca de la empresa donde te preguntarán si ya los conoces y cual ha sido tu acercamiento con esa empresa
The interview process involved several rounds, but communication afterward was extremely poor. After completing the interviews, I never received a formal update, rejection, or feedback. Multiple follow-ups over several weeks went unanswered.
Scheduled for a screening and then a first round group interview, then was told that we would head back in two weeks but was completely ghosted, I would avoid this company at all cost, it seems like they are only looking for a specific ethnicity to work for them, and they are also very unprofessional, pay seems to be below market as well, and the project they worked on are also very niche and limited, so I would say to avoid this company no matter what.
