I had a 5-10 minute phone interview mainly discussing my resume. I was then invited to a "group dynamic" where I worked with 4 other candidates. We started with a 20-minute finance type test and then developed a business plan as a group.

The process took about 6 rounds, 2 of them were case studies and the rest behavioral. Overall the process was straightforward and allowed me to understand how the company operated. I began interviewing late August and didn't get an offer until December.
