I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Management Solutions (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jun 2016
Interview
First assessment centre in London (math test and group discussion), Skype interview with the HR from Madrid (mainly question about my CV and past experience, interviewer really friendly), Skype interview with the manager (more difficult than expected, he started with some personality questions like my favourite movie and book, then moved into calculations, probabilities and presentation).
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Management Solutions (Boston, MA) in Nov 2015
Interview
Management Solutions moved very quickly to get the interview process done and to accommodate my other expiring offers, which I appreciated. There was an initial phone screen with someone from HR, a skype interview with an HR person, a skype interview with a consultant with a similar role to what I was interviewing for, and a skype interview with a partner. The skype interviews were each about an hour long. I interviewed for a position in the Boston office.
The offer was incredibly low: low base and very little bonus. Coupled with the cost of living in Boston, this offer was embarrassing. To make maters worse, the interviewers told me that the minimum length of the work day is from 9 am - 7 pm and sometimes much longer. I asked the consultant to tell me about her work-life balance and she got very uncomfortable and said that she works a lot. I have two other offers that are significantly higher. I disclosed my other offers in the initial interview and Management Solutions still invited me back for two more hour long interviews, despite knowing that they wouldn't be competitive. I can't imagine why anyone would agree to work so much for such little pay in an expensive city. This was a waste of my time.

Question 1
Questions about my background and behavioral questions. Nothing technical. No case.
