Main Event interview questions

I was hired in a mass interview style. There were about 30 of us who had short individual interviews with HR, about 10 of us were selected to have a follow up with a District Manager. Two or three of us were hired. All three of us are still with the company and are actively preparing ourselves and each other for promotion.

Pretty standard for management. 2 Phone interviews and 2 face to face with a GM and a District Manager. One Phone or video interview with the VP. The District Manager Interview is very extensive and you will only get the phone interview from the VP if you make it past the District manager.
