The interview process for M/S Magna International. The interview was conducted for CSE/ISE branch. The interview process typically consists of three rounds all the rounds were conducted in one day and each round was an elimination round.: 1st Round - Written Test: It was pen and paper test. The assessment consist of aptitude, logical reasoning ,Basic C programming output based questions, verbal question which focus on comprehension, and grammar. 2nd Round - Technical Interview: In this round, candidates are typically interviewed by a technical expert .It was one-one interview. They checked my problem-solving abilities, and understanding of relevant concepts. This interview often lasts for about 20-30 minutes. 3rd Round - HR Round: The final round is usually conducted by a HR and Director where they asked me one Puzzle, technical question and basic HR question. This round is usually shorter, lasting around 10 minutes.
