Very unorganized and to a great degree, chaotic. Hiring takes place due to urgency / favoritism rather than strategic planning. HR was not present during the whole process other than the last minute to make the new employee sign a bunch of paper, even she had no clue what they were.

Long interview process but worthwhile, very informative about the job and open to questions. Had a few rounds of interview and all of the interviewees were kind and respectful. They answered the questions that I had well and I left with a good understand of what I'd be coming into.

They asked questions and I answered. They asked about hobbies, communication questions. They were very kind and respectful. They did not ask any personal questions that I have been asked in other interviews before, which made me feel better.
