I applied for this role back in October. The beginning stages in the application process was fine. I heard back relatively quickly with two primary phone interviews which seemed to have went fine. The individual who I spoke with on the phone interview was eager to meet in person and left a good impression. However, I hadn't heard back until two months later when another interview was requested. The person who interviewed me asked the same questions all over again and obviously did not do their research on where we left off the last time. The job description that he gave me somehow completely changed since two months earlier and I was left very confused. I had not heard back from the company until another two months later! When I followed up with them, it was almost as if I was annoying them with asking where the interview process was at. It took OVER FOUR MONTHS for this interview process with BARELY ANY communication from the company. All in all, if their communication skills are this poor with interviewing, this tells you the type of culture there and that clearly there are some serious barriers in this company. What a horrible experience all around.
