Applied online just with a CV and cover letter. Was then emailed with an invitation to interview. Interview consisted of three interviews, one of which was technical. Everyone was very friendly, and the interviews were very relaxed. The technical questions were mostly basic, with one slightly trickier one on wet granulation. One of the main competency questions was 'what do you know about MSD?'.
