The Assessment Centre consisted of 2 group exercises with discussion and presentation, a 10-minute interview, and an 1-hour session on writing a summary for a clinical trial paper. The first group exercise was not scientific related but the second group exercise was more science-focused. During the interview, they did not ask any technical questions regarding the industry and the questions were quite common questions that people would prepare for. Overall, the whole assessment centre was less formal than most ACs.
