I had phone interview with recruiting agency then face to face.Then a ride along with a current employee. Everyone was lovely and seemed to enjoy where they were working.I had multiple questions from HR, multiple interviewers, situational question. Everyone was nice.

Ich wurde durch ein vorheriges Rekrutierungsverfahren zu einem Vorstellungsgespräch eingeladen. Nach ca 15 min wurden mir 2 zukünftige Kolleginnen vorgestellt, die auch ein paar Fragen stellen durften. Ich durfte noch die Räumlichkeiten besichtigen. Sehr professionelles Gespräch in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Für die darauf folgende Woche wurde ich noch zu einem weiteren Gespräch mit dem nächsten Vorgesetzten eingeladen. Danach waren sich alle einig und ich durfte den Vertrag unterschreiben.

It takes a ridiculously long time to even have any response.
Extremely inefficient.
I don't know if the reason why their attitudes are bad since it's a non-paid internship, but MSD is a successful global pharmaceutical company in the world, it's hard to believe that they value human resources in this sloppy way.
