Submit a resume. Have a link to an online portfolio. If they like you they will call you in for an interview along with about 5-7 other candidates. A few weeks later they will let you know if you were chosen. Then your hiring has to be approved by HR and the CEO. That part takes about a month. I would give yourself about three months from resume to start date.
