MDA interview questions

The interview process was unreasonable. They delved deeply into questions about my work experience at companies where I had signed NDAs, showing no concern for the potential repercussions. Despite having significant experience in other relevant areas, including actual satellite work, they neglected to inquire about those aspects. Although they profess to hire individuals passionate about space technology and care about diversity, my experience and observations of their hiring practices suggest they seek a specific type of candidate that fits a narrow profile.

More relaxed interview. The process will likely be more rigorous for full-time employment, but for students, it was more of a "vibe-check." The interview consisted of a phone call followed by a video call with your manager.
