I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MDA (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2022
Interview
Talked to them at student boot. Interview was 30 mins with some technical questions, and then got an offer quite quickly. Got another phone call with the skill manager and that was it. There's a long process to get the credentials however (security stuff)
