I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MDA (Brampton, ON) in Nov 2022
Interview
Contacted by recruiter. Initial phone interview went well. Zoom interview with engineering team about a week later. Good questions asked about my experience, we had a chance to get into some technical details. I appreciated that the folks interviewing me had genuine experience and we were able to relate previous work I've done (not in space tech) to the challenges they were facing. This was on a Friday, had an offer (pending security clearance) 3 days later. Security clearance took about 2 weeks.
