Telephonic round. Followed by 3 objective aptitude test with a behavioral tests. At a senior role, company like Maersk carries such a dismissal process is just can not be fathomed.
Tests are heavy in to logical, mathematical and English adjectives and each question gets 10 seconds to read solve etc.
Highly unreasonable and a waste of time.

First phone call after initial contact over linkedin. Company is looking to work locally so they expect the candidates to relocate. They're looking for experienced people but do not seem to have a plan for the family to relocate

Interview
I was contacted after one week since I applied and asked to fill 2 tests (logical test and personal assesment). I apparently past since the next day I received a phone call at 9am. The recruiter (sitting in Krakow, Poland) asked me if I have time for an immediate interview and I politely asked to have it later during the day.
The interview lasted for about 1 hour and I was told they will contact me again in upcoming weeks. Four weeks passed and nothing. The recruiter didn't reply to any of my emails (first I thanked him for the interview and the second time I asked if he knew the status of things). Cca 2 months after the interview I received an email saying other candidate had been chosen.
