MAERSK Manager interview questions

Had two IQ tests. One virtual and one in attendance of HR. Initial HR interview followed by interview with my direct manager and then his manager. Interview process was long but thorough and I also ound out that they used my interview answers and IQ tests to set up a proile to ensure I was a good match with my colleagues.

Good but role was for a lower post which i wasnt made aware druing my interview. Interview can be conducted in better way. Hiring process was worst. It did not mention anything on their own but i had to asked from everything things. Negotiation wasnt good. Everything had to be done by the recruting consultant.
