Very simple and no pressure in the interview. I was made to give an aptitude test, which is difficult to clear, apart from that it was pretty easy. HR round was as good as the ops round, i was honestly surprised for HR to have such sound knowledge of the ops processes. Made it easy for me to make up my mind to join Maersk
5 rounds of interview and everything is based on the skills and experience .. The experience of the interview process is good and happened at fast pace. Process is smooth and fast

Interview
The interviews were ok. First with a recruiter base in Poland and then a 1-2-1 video call with the hiring manager. Straightforward, and well-organized. However, I was completely ghosted even after going through a few interviews. No answers to follow-up emails, no feedback, and no news. Really disrespectful.
