I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at MAERSK (Copenhague, Hovedstaden) in Oct 2016
Interview
Clear, efficient, open and effective.
Friendly, professional and process-oriented experience. I had the good fortune to meet with my future boss for a cup of coffee prior to starting the process. This undoubtedly helped a lot, but it did not take any pressure of the hiring process. There were two logic tests (one at home and one at their location) and one personality test (all of which could ruin your chances at Maersk) followed by an interview with HR and then with the hiring manager. This was condensed in to just one half day, which was then followed by reference checks before I was offered a contract.

Question 1
In the context of the role that you are applying for how would you perform the task? Do you always do it like that? What would you do if your approach didn't work?
I had a 3 phased interview with managers from diverse locations across the world. The conversations were very focused on operational and technical skills, testing industry knowledge, whilst also gaining exposure to softskills.

Question 1
If you could suggest 1 thing to change for Product A's strategy, what would it be?
Two interview rounds, first a generic one and then on a business case to be prepared in advance.
In the business case you were asked to prepare a strategy based on some data and background information provided and then discuss it during the interview. One of the interviewers would challenge the strategy asking for backup or explanations on the thinking process
