I walked in thinking I was about to interview with a very prominent Property Management Company. I have been in PM for over a decade, left for personal reasons and returning looking for an excellent company. My interview with the Regional was the most disappointing and embarrassing interview I have had to date. He looked at my resume, insulted me and the format. He belittled me and treated me as if I was less than and would never be good enough. Mind you, I have 14 years in PM with several awards and accomplishments that have broken records for highly accredited companies. All noted on y resume. Not only that, I was recommended by the best attorney in Southeast Florida for Property Management. I left feeling so ashamed for this man and his behavior. Property management is a career that I respect greatly and love every aspect of. MAA and Open Arms lost their credibility with me and the Children's Cancer Community that I have dedicated 10 years to serving. Shame on you MAA.and Open Arms!
